Vivo is gearing up to launch its flagship X100 series globally, and an accidental listing on the official website hints at a possible debut on December 14. The X100 series was initially released in China last month, and if the global variants follow suit with the same specifications, they are expected to make a significant impact. The Vivo X100 Pro has now been spotted on the Google Play Console certification website, offering insights into its features.
The Vivo X100 Pro, with model number V2309, is listed on the Google Play Console with a MediaTek MT6989 chipset. The chipset configuration includes four Cortex-X4 cores at 3.2GHz, three Cortex-X4 cores at 2.8GHz, and four Cortex-A720 cores at 2GHz, corresponding to the Dimensity 9300 processor. The smartphone boasts 16GB of RAM and will come with the Android 14 operating system out of the box.
The Google Play Console database further reveals that the Vivo X100 Pro will feature a display resolution of 1,260 x 2,800 pixels and a pixel density of 480 xhdpi. The smartphone is seen in a Light Blue color option. While this certification listing provides key information, additional core specifications from the China variant include a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, an IP68 rating, and a circular camera module housing 50MP main, ultra-wide, and telephoto sensors. The device is powered by a Dimensity 9300 processor, up to 16GB LPDDR5T RAM, and 1TB UFS 4 storage. It also features a 5,400mAh battery with support for 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.
